If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players who believe their dispute involves a regulatory matter may also escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
